By accessing or using LingoSpark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
LingoSpark is a language learning platform that provides tools for reading and vocabulary retention using Spaced Repetition (FSRS).
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions and payments are managed through Lemon Squeezy. Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to their policies and applicable law.
5. User Content
Users do not create or upload their own text content. The application uses automated tools to manage vocabulary and learning data based on provided reading materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LingoSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Translation Disclaimer
These terms may have been translated for your convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
